Product Fulfillment

All TEMPUS products are held in inventory and shipped directly from our warehouse in France. This allows us to provide faster processing, better quality control, and a reliable customer experience.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping provider.

Returns & Refunds

You may return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All tags and original packaging are included
