Refund policy

At TEMPUS, all products are shipped from our warehouse in France. Therefore, all items are eligible for returns or exchanges, under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original tags and packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers within the European Union

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date you receive your order.

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense, except when the seller is at fault (defective item, wrong size or reference delivered).

  • For residents of mainland France, we provide a prepaid Colissimo return label. In this case, a fee corresponding to the initial shipping costs will automatically be deducted from the refund. Even if the customer benefited from "Free Shipping" when making the order.

  • Customers are also free to choose any other return method at their own expense.

The refund of the returned item (excluding return fees) will be processed once the product has been received and inspected, using the same payment method as the one used for purchase.

Customers outside the European Union

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal does not automatically apply. 

  • Returns are at the customer’s expense, except when the seller is at fault (defective item, wrong size or reference delivered).
  • Customers are free to choose any return method.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received and inspected, using the same payment method as the one used for purchase.

Delivery Disputes

TEMPUS is not responsible for issues related to:

  • Delivery delays

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

In such cases, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. TEMPUS will not issue a refund, replacement, or credit solely because a delivery was delayed or mishandled by the shipping service.

We recommend checking your tracking link and contacting your local delivery office in case of any delivery anomaly.
