Shipping policy
At TEMPUS, every order is fulfilled directly from our warehouse in France. All items are in stock and prepared with care, ensuring faster delivery and full control over the customer experience.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within the following business day.
In 95% of cases, TEMPUS ships within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), except in cases of force majeure. This timeframe is estimated and non-contractual.

Delivery Method
Orders are shipped with Colissimo (tracked service) from France.
Depending on the destination and parcel type (volume, weight, etc.), other carriers may be used such as UPS, FedEx...
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments, unless local restrictions apply (some countries may not allow tracked shipments).
Responsibility & Disputes
TEMPUS cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other external factors.
In the event of force majeure (e.g. floods, fire, strikes, pandemics, disruptions in transport or postal services), TEMPUS cannot be held liable for non-fulfillment of the order.
If an incorrect address, postal code, country, or phone number is provided during checkout, the customer assumes full responsibility for delivery issues or non-delivery.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on the destination country. These charges are calculated based on the product value and local import policies.
TEMPUS does not cover these fees, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Temporary Capsule / Made to Order Products
Temporary Capsule pieces are issued for a limited time and produced individually after purchase.
To ensure a more direct fulfilment process, these products are shipped directly from our supplier. If your order includes both Temporary Capsule items and other pieces, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Estimated delivery time for Temporary Capsule products is 6–10 business days once dispatched.
